Starting in February, GLI will meet once a month until June 2023 with other program opportunities mixed in. Your attendance can be in person or virtual.

ADL Glass Leadership Institute fellows are expected to contribute $1000 to participate in the New York/New Jersey GLI program which includes the registration cost to attend the 2024 National Leadership Summit and Never Is Now on March 4th-7th. However, we believe cost should not be a barrier to participation for qualified applicants. Please reach out if this is a concern for you and we will work to ensure all qualified and accepted applicants are able to participate in the program, inclusive of all socio-economic backgrounds and needs.

Contribution

Members of this ADL Glass Leadership Institute Cohort are expected to contribute a minimum $180 to participate in the program. Throughout the course of GLI, you will learn how gift from ADL's leadership impact ADL's core work. However, we believe cost should not be a barrier to participant to qualified applicants. GLI Expectations: GLI is a highly competitive program. Due to selectivity of the program, we must ensure that each applicant has a full understanding of the level of commitment required of a participant. Below are our expectations:
1. Attendance at all nine monthly evening sessions at the ADL office in Century City at 10495 Santa Monica Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90025.

2. Attendance at the National Leadership and Never is Now Summit in Spring 2025 in New York City. The cost to attend ranges from $350-$450 includes most meals and 2 nights of shared room accommodation. Participants are expected to pay for their own airfare.
3. A leadership gift of $360 to ADL.
4. A genuine interest in fighting hate with the intent to continue your involvement with ADL.
